The available delivery methods will be offered to you upon validation of your order. We work with Colissimo, Fedex and DHL depending on the country of delivery.

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a refund for the product(s) ordered that were not satisfactory for you. Any product that is opened, damaged, used, bears marks, has been modified or is not returned in its original packaging is not subject to the right of withdrawal. Fragrance and skin are close friends. Wearing a perfume starts with a nice gesture addressed to your body. Like a personal dance, that makes you feel good thanks to the magic of scent. Even more with Hermetica and its unique alcohol-free formula, offering fragrances softer for the skin, body friendly, that give a feeling of purity, energy and freedom. Considering its special formula, Hermetica perfumes have this property to be more hydrating than others, and apply on the skin, they merge with it, follow its curves, dance with it. That is how we imagine Hermetica. Like an olfactive dance that allows you to feel better. That gives this feeling of freedom so pleasant and satisfying to your body.
Hermetica was launched in 2018 thanks to the desire and conviction of Clara and John Molloy, willing to initiate a new way to experience and make perfumes. As close as possible to the skin, like an olfactive dance, combining the best of nature and science with a break through formula present in each composition. Fragrances able to perfume and hydrate at the same time, both long-lasting, clean and alcohol-free, like a true gesture of beauty aware of the environment.

Hermetica Paris continues its commitment to the environment with its new cylindrical, recyclable, 100% plastic-free paper case. Now adorned with the motif associated with each fragrance, it reveals a softer, more tender celadon green bottle that is reusable and produced from locally sourced sand to reduce its carbon footprint. One more step for the protection of the environment that completes the Hermetica Paris choreography and the dance of the fragrance on the skin. Hermetica’s rich imagery is a collection of collages drawn from different sources woven together to reflect the brand: a dance of patterns, with the presence of ingredients, skin, inspiring colors, and forms, that all together define a visual choreography expressing the movement of each fragrance. The old golden packaging may still be in stock for some of our references. We cannot guarantee a perfume delivery with the new pack. However, we can guarantee you’ll fall head to toes for your scent!
Hermetica Paris products are manufactured and tested to avoid the risk of allergy.
All the ingredient lists of our fragrances are physically available on the bottom of the box and on the sample cards. The ingredient lists are also available directly on our website, on all our product pages.
Hermetica Paris products are subjected to numerous and rigorous tolerance tests at all stages of development and meet the most stringent international standards, in order to eliminate any substance with allergenic or irritant properties. However, in the case of discomfort or intolerance, we invite you to contact our Customer Service.
The amount paid for the samples is a processing fee, as mentioned on the product page. A processing fee of 8.50€ is charged for all orders under 50€.
We are unable to authenticate your Hermetica Paris perfume based on the batch number or photos of the perfume. However, if you provide the name and place of purchase (or the name of the website), we can confirm whether the store is an authorized retailer of our fragrances, the confirmation of which guarantees an authentic fragrance purchase.

The shelf life after opening of our products is available on the label under the box and expressed in months. The shelf life of a Hermetica Paris product after opening is usually between 12 and 24 months (*there may be exceptions)
Keep your Hermetica Paris perfumes in the best possible way by following these tips:

- Store your perfume in a dark & dry place
- Avoid storing your perfume in the bathroom
- Keep the bottle sealed when not in use

In constant improvement of our customer experience, the coloring of some of our fragrances were reworked in order to be more uniform with the rest of the collection. Please note that the change in the color of the juice did not affect the smell, the long lasting and the wake of our fragrances.
In order to respect European standards and legal requirements, some reformulations may occur on some of our fragrances. Please note that no reformulations made on our fragrances have effected the scent, longevity, power and sillage of the perfumes.

All the Hermetica Paris perfumes are made in France and follow the European cosmetic laws and regulations.
The Source1 perfume can be found in every Hermetica fragrance and its concentration varies from 20% to 60% throughout all the collections. It is a fragrance that can be worn on its own, but that can also be layered with any fragrance, especially with others Hermetica Paris perfumes. As an enhancer, Source1 will bring a modern warmth and momentum to the skin thanks to the luminous scent of bergamot essence, the dry amber and woody musk.
At Hermetica Paris, our fragrances are not tested on animals, do not use any animal and animal derived material. Moreover, we do not use any ingredients produced on the basis of genetically modified organisms (GMO). The Hermetica Paris fragrances are suitable for vegans.

At Hermetica Paris , our fragrances use as much as nature allows, natural raw materials. Our perfumes use molecule when it is better for the environment. Using molecules instead of their "real natural" counterparts is often the most ecological choice, especially when the raw material in nature is threatened with extiction. We use the bestof naturalness but we also know how to turn to molecules when it is better for the environment. Therefore, none of our perfumes our considered to be "all-natural products".
