WE PREPARE YOUR PACKAGES ...

 

Orders are prepared Monday through Friday, with the exception of public holidays. If you live in mainland France (excluding overseas departments and territories), we offer you delivery by Colissimo. For all other countries, delivery costs are calculated when you order.

We promise to prepare your order within 24 hours. Delivery times are estimated depending on the carrier and the destination. This way you can choose the option that best suits you and enjoy your Hermetica perfume as quickly as possible.

Colissimo: Colissimo delivers the package to the address indicated when ordering between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. You can track your package using the identification number which will be communicated to the shipment: https://www.laposte.fr/particulier/outils/suivre-vos-envois

In case of absence at the time of delivery, a calling card will be left at the address indicated and you can then request a second delivery or collect the package from your post office, where it will be kept for 15 days. Please note that Hermetica is not responsible for strikes, bad weather or any other emergency that would cause delivery delays.

DHL: your signature is essential; therefore, please make sure to include a delivery address where you can pick up the order. You can track your package using the identification number that will be provided on shipment. Customs duties and other local taxes may apply. Hermetica is not responsible for any costs or delays incurred as a result of these taxes.

 

YOU DIDN'T HAVE LIGHTNING AT HOME? WE ACCEPT RETURNS

 

We accept returns for all our unopened products (with the exception of discovery boxes), within 28 days of receipt of the package. Upon receipt of your order, we invite you to use the sample included in your package to try your perfume without having to open the bottle purchased in full size.

Returns will only be accepted if the protective packaging is intact and the product in perfect condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the products have clearly been opened and / or used.

You are responsible for shipping items returned to the Hermetica warehouse. No compensation will be offered for items lost in transit. You are responsible for shipping costs for returned items. Refunds for returned items will be made within 14 days of the return of the product, to the credit card used by the purchaser. Please note that neither customs taxes, additional charges or shipping costs will be refunded.

It is not possible to exchange or return products purchased online at physical Hermetica points of sale. To make a return, please contact us at contact@hermetica.com
