It’s fresh and citrusy

Bad quality of product and bad customer support

I was waiting for this parfume for a while, carefully choosing which one I prefer, I thought the concept was nice. However, I could not expect that the quality of the product turns being awful. After 2 times using the product one morning happily taking the perfume, I discovered that the bottle got open apparently because spray part got stuck in the cover. I contacted the customer support that insisted that I have to use scissors that to remove the spray part from the cover and she hoped on my understanding that this is conpletely normal. (Normal is to use the product regularly until the end, that what I do with all my parfumes). I can imagine that the customer support manager thought that I did it by myself. But it’s redicuolous and I have nothing done except using it properly. I still can’t use the product as it stays open. I just wasted 100 euro on new product that didn’t worth. It’s a shame because the smells are very nice at Hermetica and I considered to explore more for me and friend’s presents. But the quality of the bottle and horrible customer support dissappointed a lot. You have to do something with it! You saved 1 cost of the product that to replace me defected bottle but lost a loyal client. It’s a shame!
