Returns, refunds and delivery

We accept returns for all our unopened products (with the exception of the sampling kits) up to 14 days after reception of the parcel. Upon receipt of your order, please use the sample included in your order to try your fragrance to avoid opening the full size purchased product.

We can only accept returns if the protective sealing is fully intact and the product in perfect condition. We reserve the right to deny returns if the products show signs of opening and/or use.

You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Hermetica warehouse. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at your own expense. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within 14 days upon the return of the product to the original purchaser’s credit card. Note that additional duties and/or custom taxes will not be refunded, neither will shipping costs.

Please note that we don't accept returns at physical Hermetica point of sales for products that have been purchased on Hermetica Site. To request a return, please contact contact@hermetica.com


Damages

The customer is responsible for verifying the state of his/her order and its contents upon its arrival. The customer must also write down any concerns or issues on the delivery notification if the package appears to have been opened, damaged or suffered any other mishandling. If the ordered items are damaged, do not accept the package, explaining clearly why. We encourage you to contact our Customer Service within 72 hours of receiving your package with details of your complaint. Signature without reservation constitutes acceptance of the package as is and MEMO PARIS cannot be held liable for any incidental damage from shipping and transportation.

The parcel will be delivered directly to the address specified when ordering. In case of absence a notice will be left in your mailbox. It is your responsibility to ensure you collect the parcel on time as per the carrier’s indication; Memo declining all responsibility for failure to withdraw the goods. However if, beyond the expected delivery time, you would not have received a transit advice; remember to check the progress of your package or to contact Memo by email at contact@hermetica.com Upon receipt of the order, it is your responsibility to verify the conformity and condition of your products in the presence of the carrier and inform Memo, if necessary, about any apparent defects.

Exchange

Any exchange is subject to availability and will be the subject of a refund upon receipt of the unwanted item(s) intact, and passage of a new order.

Refund

The customer service of the HERMETICA online shop will notify the customer of the receipt of any return and after checking it will make the refund. Refunds for goods returned are made within two weeks upon receipt of the goods on the original purchaser’s credit card. Please note that neither additional duties and/or taxes nor shipping fees are refunded. VAT is included in the refund for countries within the EU.
